As a licensed Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer, Nicole has trained managers in how to use personality types to enhance team effectiveness and to mediate conflict. As a licensed Master in DDI Targeted Behavioural Interviewing Skills, Nicole is certified to train other HR and Line Managers in this most effective technique of identifying talent.
