Nicole is a founding member of the Australian Association of Workplace Bullying Professionals. She has gained significant experience conducting independent investigations in the workplace related to alleged bullying and discrimination grievances. She has mediated positive outcomes and has designed courses for managers and staff to educate them in their rights and responsibilities as relates to current Bullying and Discrimination OHS legislation.
