Nicole has designed and delivered tailored outplacement programs for small, medium and large corporates, supporting Managers and staff impacted by their roles being made redundant. She has advised corporates on downsizing communications and has supported Managers through this daunting process. Nicole has worked with individuals being impacted by redundancies/downsizing decisions. She has established Job Search support centres and delivered both group and individual outplacement support services.
