Women traditionally have been more proactive in seeking psychological support than men. Anxiety and depression rates are higher in females than in males. Nicole has worked with women to help improve their mental health in areas such as: self-acceptance building resilience and adaptability, having positive relationships with people, having a sense of purpose, removing toxicity and assertiveness skills. She has supported many women with complex issues, helping develop their confidence and self-insight to make major life-altering decisions in their careers, relationships, families, friendships and businesses.
