As a qualified and registered Psychologist, Nicole specialises in treating individuals, couples, families and executives. Through years of experience, she is confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Treatment modalities:

Nicole has held senior Human Resource roles and worked as a General Counselling Psychologist for over 25 years. She has studied and applied a mix of treatment modalities and utilised a number of different assessment approaches and tools. Believing each client and situation is different, Nicole takes a practical and consultative approach in her Counselling and will take time early in the relationship-development phase to seek input from her clients to determine the best approach to use. Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), Mindfulness, Solution-focused therapy, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodrama, Art Therapy and traditional Psychotherapy. Committed to continuous professional development, Nicole is up-to-date with the latest psychological developments and treatment approaches. In consult with her client, she will advise on the best approach to use to achieve the desired counselling outcome. Nicole works collaboratively with clients to support them in self-reflection and assists with developing useful life skills that can better equip them to make choices in line with the way they want to live their life.
