With over 25 years’ HR/Organisational Psychology experience, Nicole has been a significant contributor helping improve employees’ behaviour within the workplace. Nicole has undertaken organisation reviews and recommended/supported organisation restructures to enhance workforce effectiveness. She has developed competency and organisational values frameworks to support her clients’ vision and mission. Nicole has designed Position Descriptions, new performance management systems, introduced succession planning tools and processes to benefit employers and their staff. She has applied psychological methods to improve the overall work environment, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction and safety.
